  • They have 2 Origin coffees here, one by the street which seems to be able to serve coffee in real cups, and one inside the library atrium with only disposable cups unfortunately. We were inside the library and there is more space to sit. The staff were friendly, and the flat white coffee was good, even with some latte art. I had a spinach and cheese muffin, which, as you might expect, was terrible: very dry and frankly inedible unless you’re extremely hungry.

  • Great speciality coffee. I tried the flat white and it was delicious. They also serve house brew. Highly recommended if you want a quality cup of coffee.

  • Stumbled upon this tiny, cozy coffee spot and it instantly became a favourite. The space is small but beautifully done , intimate, and perfect for a quiet break. I tried their coconut matcha and was blown away - creamy, subtly sweet, and full of flavour. They really know their coffee here, with a range of unique blends that go beyond the usual. A lovely little hideaway for great coffee and peaceful vibes.

  • The coffee here is perfect every time! And the baristas are friendly, even under pressure. Origin is part of the reason I love coming to the British Library.

  • I usually stop here when transporting through KX or St Pancras. It’s a great stop for a quick rest and a nice coffee. Don’t expect to chill for a while as it’s a small space and it can get busy and crowded, but for a little stop and break it hits the spot. (Roughly 8 barstools and 3 tables outside) There is a reason Origin coffee is well known around London and the SW; it’s a reliable place for a nice cup. Good espresso and filter options, nice hot chocolate.

  • I walked all the way from Euston while I hung around to meet a train, to try their Ecuadorean coffee. Well it was fantastic, but the lemon pastry I had almost outdid it! Lovely spot in the Library

  • had a yummy iced chai latte. they use oatly so the oat milk is gluten free. also had some good looking gluten free pastry options (cookie and brownie), but I didn’t try them.
